    On March 5, 2022 I wrote a check for $170 to Estes Park Computers for a service that was not rendered. I called the proprietor John Stevens because my email account messages were frozen; they would not open. He spent hours upstairs in my office and when he finished and charged me $170 for his time, I assumed he fixed the problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, but he somehow erased all my Word files and I still cannot access them. I am a writer so this is a major problem for me. When I called John after he left to let him know my email messages were still frozen he berated me for not knowing my password (I never needed it to get into my email account.) I have written to John Stevens numerous times about my Word files and have not received a response from him. I had used his services for 12 years, but now that I have moved to Colorado Springs I assume he knows that I will not be a future customer any longer and has no interest in providing me with assistance with the loss of my files which didn't happen until he serviced my computer for another reason -- the email problem. I feel that I am owed a refund for the $170 as he charged me without fixing the problem. This was very deceitful.
