I had a leak in my show faucet that had 2 handles. They came to do an estimate, and said the 2 handles could not get be replaced but they could rebuild the handles. Or I could replace with one handle, which would be 3 times more expensive and possible cutting sheet rock and shower wall. They kept pushing the replacement to 1 handle. Then I found a handle replacement kit online and new brass knickle handles and trim. They said to get the new handles and they would get the rebuild kit to rebuild the handles. When they came back to fix, they did not have the rebuild kit and he said they can probably just replace the washer which he had in the truck. The new washer worked and stopped the leaking, but they never rebuilt the faucets. They wanted to charge the same price to rebuild handles to replace the washer. I complained and got a some $ off. But still way over priced to just come a put on 2 washers, and they gave me a hard time about it. It should of been automatically reduced since the rebuild job was never done. I would not recommend this company, they are way over priced.

Hello ****. You were originally quoted $575 to rebuild and unknown valve. The technician came to me, and I was able to figure out what brand it was, changing your quote to $427.75 and saving you almost $150. You offered to purchase the handles, so I spent my time helping you find the correct ones. You are correct that, on our 2nd trip out, ***** did not have the repair kit on hand, but he wanted to remove the existing stems to make sure he matched them correctly. Once he removed the stems, he saw that the only thing wrong was a destroyed washer, so he only replaced that and solved your problem. At that time, he gave you $50 off and advised you to call me for an additional discount, which you did. I then gave you another $100 off, lowering the final price to $277.75 (almost $300 less than originally quoted). Regarding your email, I'm not sure what plumbers you're using at $100/hour, but I'm in the business, and do not know any licensed plumber that has charged that amount since the '90s. That said, ***** spent 1.5 hours of time at your home over the course of 2 visits, which is $185/hour to solve your problem. That doesn't count any of my time, or his drive times. I'm sorry you feel you overpaid, but I think you'll find our pricing is competitive.

These guys are amazing. I had a water leak on my HVAC unit. Another company **** HVAC came out and told me that the water damaged my cooling coils and that I'd have to replace 1/2 of my HVAC unit for $4,200! Called Co. Green for a second opinion and the said that my water condensation tube was clogged so they cleaned it out and checked my HVAC and said that everything was Fine! Fixed my HVAC for $75! Totally honest professionalism at its best
