"They simply skip our trash pickup now and then and only ever offer the excuse that our trash was not out, when it is in the same spot as always. ****** reviews shows many people with this issue, many of which have ring cameras with proof of their claims, and yet all HBS does is blame shift and give excuse after excuse for their dishonesty."
