    Thieves Someone attempted to steal my truck from in front of my house called my insurance to use roadside on my policy. Repair shop could not get in right away made appointment, secured my truck. Agero my roadside through insurance sent out Supreme Towing (no license plate/ pic numbers on any of their trucks) picks up truck to take to repair shop that has been doing my work since 2012 and had a scheduled appointment with. (Called and let them know was on its way)My truck never arrived was taken to a lot Supreme Towing uses to store vehicles. I was not called nor notified they had taken my truck, they said truck was refused, have statement from shop never arrived nor refused. Have legal copy of phone records proving never called. Have videos of numerous tow trucks Supreme towing have no license plates/ PUC or trucks marked with Supreme towing name. Cost me $1,738.80 to get my truck back. ****** from Supreme Towing is a liar, thief and a scammer .. I have all documentation supporting my claim including videos, legal phone records, letter from repair shop, and witnesses from tow companies trying to pick up my truck, associate from repair shop, will gladly supply upon request. Agero (roadside company) investigated the actions of Supreme Towing and after verifying the facts refunded the amount I paid to Supreme Towing and told my their contract was under review. Supreme Towing should NEVER be used under any circumstances, they are not even legal to run the roads much less a reputable business. Please contact me as I can provide proof/ documentation to support all information provided.
