    Towed my Vehicle when I broke down in the mountains, they have this guy named **** whos such a nice guy and was helpful, came quick in the cold and got me thankfully. 10/10

    Bad customer service, the gentleman in the front desk has been nothing but rude and disrespectful with name calling. I wanted information on one of my vehicle that they have in their possession to get it out and the guy put me on hold for 10 min, hung up the call called back and he never answered anymore. The same guy decided to call me back from a different number I answered the call and he disrespected me by calling me names and hung up the call. What kind of towing service is this? Wouldnt recommend them at all! I have sent them an email and I havent had anyone reply back to my email either in regards to how I can get my vehicle back.
