    I was extremely disappointed, I booked a birthday spa day for my friend and I.The day before we were to go I got a call saying that I would have to pay more money or cancel my appointment. I paid in advance and was given a special rate because I paid in advance, now they want more money before I can have my appointment. I cancelled and filed a complaint with their office. I would not recommend this company, they are not honest and they do not stand by their advertisements.******
