    We had a guy come for a consultation on a sizable repair job on our foundation. Just before leaving he told me told me he would contact me in a few days with a quote despite all the other companies giving me their quote the same day. Four days later (Friday) I called them asking for their quote and was told that they would have it at the start of the next week. It's been 3 months and I still haven't heard back.
