  I ordered a special hospital type bed. It arrived as scheduled. The two men who came were both very courteous and efficient. I was a little nervous as they got that heavy bed out of the van, but they had it under control. The set the bed ** in an acceptable time. They made sure I understood the use of the remote. I liked them both very much. They were very kind.

  We hired Accessible Systems to renovate a shower, not the whole bathroom, just a 18 sq ft shower.After waiting months after signing the contract without any contact from Accessible Systems, I contacted them and was told that they would get started on a Monday in two weeks. Great. The Friday before the scheduled Monday start date, they contacted us to say that they were going to slip the start date by a week. Mind you we had already made work schedule arrangements so that we could be at the house on the Monday. So we had to re-arrange our schedule.Fast forward to the first week of the work. I noticed that the person working our project wasn't working full days. (FYI, when we signed the contract, they told us that it was a 5 day job, but the contract allowed for 2 weeks just in case of unforeseen issues.) When I asked him about it, he said that he couldn't always work a full day because he had to let things dry. After a two weeks, the shower still wasn't complete. The project manager (**) inspected the work and determined that several of the tiles had been chipped or damaged and would need to be replaced. I called the ** on that Friday and was assured that they would finish the job by the following Wednesday. On that Saturday, the worker showed up, dropped off the shower doors, and told me that he wouldn't be able to finish the job and the ** would assign someone new. I called the ** and it was news to him that his employee had just quit.The ** contacted me a day later and said a new worker would finish the job and begin work next Tuesday (3 weeks from the start of the work!!). On Wednesday, they still weren't done and we had to go out of town. After we returned, they came to install the shower doors only to find that they didn't have the right parts for the doors. Eventually they finished.To make matters worse, the quality of the tile work is mediocre and definitely not of the same quality of our other showers.Bottom line, don't hire these guys.

  Our job was never installed and they have not refunded what they owe us (more than 2 months after a deposit was paid). Beware.

  Hakeem is polite, knowledgeable. This is the second unit he has installed for **. Working great.
