    Similar experience to the other reviewer. They offer a quote that is appealing enough to get you to waste your time and go down there, and then the quote is nothing like the original. I also had a guy phone me to verify my appointment, and he kept saying something so quickly I couldn’t catch it, so I kept asking him to repeat it. Finally realized he was saying “fee”. I asked what this fee was and he said a paperwork fee. I said “are you going to tell me how much the fee is?” Over 300 bucks. Sham organization. Avoid.

    This company is a sham. I was quoted $18,000 for my 2013 **** F350 when I filled out the information online. I then went to the office and spent over a half hour while they looked over the truck. He then comes back and shows me his computer screen with all the things wrong with my truck and offered me $4,000.00. Other than the bed of the truck needing work there is nothing wrong with the truck. It was the old bait and switch game. I later posted an ad on ****** Marketplace and sold the truck in a day for $18,000.00. I would highly suggest you don't use this company; they are a rip off.
