    My family was referred to this Auto shop by a mechanic that actually works here. We took our well maintenance Hummer H3 in for an alignment, that we actually didn't need but wanted to get one any way because we had just put new wheel and tires on. A man by the name of **** called me back after a day and said they could not do my alignment until I had new ball joints. We had just replaced our ball joints three months prior. I trusted what this ******** said ad told him to go ahead and change it. The price went from 200, for an alignment to 800. After they had our Vehicle for 5 days, we picked out vehicle up and drove home. That same day while driving to the grocery store, we started to hear knocking on our right side tire. I quickly called **** back and informed him something was wrong with our vehicle. **** told us to bring it back and he would see what it was. After a hour he brought us in to tell us, they didnt do anythiung wrong and that my entire front end needed to be rebuilt and quoted us ********. This mechanic then acted rudely towards us because I told him I would take it somewhere else for a second opinion. We took our vehicle back to our trusted mechanic at Moterized Solutions and they informed us, the ball joints that were put in actually had a recall on them and also our CV joints had been damaged terribly. We were robbed out of ****** of our hard earned money, while the country is going through hard times. We will never recommend *************, in ****** ******** and hope this business is shut down for good.
