  I recently had my cars hail damage repaired at Nylunds, and Im really impressed with the whole team. *****, who I worked with the most was super helpful, explaining the issues with my car in a clear and friendly manner and her timely communication was really appreciated. **** did an amazing job walking me through everything and helping me dealing with my insurance company. It was my first ever auto claim, he was extremely helpful.A special shoutout to ***, the owner, who really makes a difference. Robs dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the shop. He took the time to check in on my service personally, which made me feel valued.If you want top-notch service and a personal touch, *****, ****, and *** at Nylunds are the team to trust. Highly recommend!There wasn't a single individual at that shop that didn't make me feel valued and respected as a customer.

  AMAZING HUMAN BEINGS! THEY TREAT YOU JUST LIKE THEY WOULD TREAT THEIR FAMILY WITH NO HESITATION!I promise you this company has went above and beyond for me and my family! My insurance company literally drug us through the dirt during the process of one of our stolen vehicles. We found our vehicle well the police did and the windows were spray painted from the inside the rims were spray painted black the car was trashed but also when I went to pick it up from the ************* impound there was a little baggie with some paraphernalia on it. They advised I could not take pictures or videos a security guard takes you to your car get your belongings and then you have to jump back on the cart and head back out. At that point we then requested to get the car drug tested because we have two kids one being a newborn.The insurance company literally fought us and tried to make me pay out of pocket for this. I did some research and I was able to find ******** and literally from the first phone call moving forward they helped me out with so much. They actually got the ball rolling and they did not take no for an answer and they literally stood by our side and made such a huge impact in the outcome of this ugly situation.I will forever be very thankful and grateful for ******* and **** over there!

  Thanks so very much for taking time to share your story!  We do everything we can to be advocates for our guests and always put our guests safety above anything else.  We will either get you and your family back on the road or make sure the vehicle is disposed of and you and your family paid properly for your vehicle.  So very sorry you have had to go through all this from having your vehicle stolen to facing an insurance company that is not there for you.  We are and will continue to be until conclusion!
