    Peak Property Management has been illegally renting a home in Cordillera on Clubhouse Circle in violation of Cordillera's short term rental ban. *****, the owner will not return calls or emails from the Cordillera Property ****************** and is blatantly in violation of the rules resulting in his rental stays at the home being impacted negatively as well as neighboring homeowners complaining directly to his rental guests.

    Will not refund my payment despite canceling my rental! Randy S*******, an owner of Peak Property Management called on the day of arrival to tell me my unit at The Charter in Beaver Creek was no longer available due to "no water and no heat". The options for rehousing were not agreeable and he promised to refund my money "100%". Two weeks later, no refund and no communication despite multiple texts, phone calls and emails. Please do not rent through this company, it has essentially stolen from my family.
