    WORST COMPANY EVER> STAY AWAY you will only receive lies, pain and more lies. Unprofessionalism, lack of communication, people hanging up on you because they refuse to do their job. AREM forgets who pays them and that they are responsible to the owners of the property they are managing. Doesn't matter. They are all about the collectables not the quality of the job they are performing. DO NOT hire them. Bad NEWS! New owners are not new, they already work their and are taking over. Same employees, horrible service and terrible business practices. I can not believe they are still in business. They can not be accredited because they have too many issues. I can only repeat to stay away!
