    I went to pick up prints I ordered this morning for a meeting as my home printer was out of ink. While there was not a single other customer in the store they told me they would not print my prints until 4pm which would be pointless and way too late. I ordered 2, 11x17" pages and one document on letter paper all in black and white... not a very challenging print job. I then asked for a refund if they wouldn't print them for me. They told me I had to go online to get a refund, I do not see anywhere online to get a refund. I will have to now protest the charge with my credit card company. What a horrible waste of time, and money for something that would have been so extremely simple for them to either full-fill or at least refund me for. I will NEVER go back to that store.
