- You may return all new, unused, standard items sold and fulfilled by VintageView Wine Storage Systems within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee on product costs. Products must be returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories. Custom colors, custom fabrications and altered racks may not be returned. VintageView will help make return shipping arrangements at no cost to you if the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective. Items not ordered direct from VintageView need to be returned directly through the authorized dealer from which they were ordered, subject to that dealer’s individual return policy.
