We appreciated the selection of windows and doors Renew R Home offered us. Our older home needed some upgraded / more energy-efficient doors and windows and Renew R Home found products fully compatible with our earlier installations. As soon as these custom windows and doors were delivered, they were promptly and expertly installed by friendly, capable crews. We expect to enjoy our new windows and doors for a long time.

Unwilling or unable to complete door screen installation. Had patio doors installed in Dec 22. Installers did not install the screen doors and told my wife that they were easy to pop in. They did not even take a look at the screen doors in the box. In ***** I remove the screen doors out of the box and they were missing hard ware and locking mechanism. Reached out to Renew R Home and they said they would order the parts and install the screen doors. It is July and they still have not ordered the parts and will not return phone calls, voicemail, or email at this point.
