We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
Any watch purchased from us, may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within three calendar days from receipt. We require that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of the 3 calendar day return policy, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense. .
Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping. All international sales are "final."
Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
Do not remove any plastic seals, the security tags , etc until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the plastic or tags, the item will not be accepted for return.Custom designed watches are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is substantially different than what was promised. Clients will receive photos, screen shots, and videos during the design and production processes to ensure the client approves of the watch during the production process.
