  Is there a negitive star rating system?Terrible from start to finish. Damage to personal property, large potted plants on our porch mangled when a cut branch came crashing down- 2 glass lawn ornaments broken, plant nursery destroyed, damage to a neighbors fence etc etc.. unfortunatly the list goes on. They tried to cover up the damages so I wouldnt notice right away, but found more things broken as I started cleaning up the mess. They also left my yard and roof a horrible mess and only cleaned up the large limbs that they cut. When I called to complain, the office manager was nice enough and asked me to send/text her pictures of the damage; which I did. She said she would send a manager to see the damage and reach out to owner of comany and call me back. Was not contacted again. I called again the following morning and was promised that a manager would come out fairly soon. Instead got an EXTREMLY rude "Arborist" whom showed up and without knocking or introducing, saws off a branch from one of the other trees they damaged the day before and when asked who he was, and to stop cutting he was rude and insultive to me and my teenage son and laughed at me as i tried to show him the damages. He took the branch and left as quick as he came without even discussing the issue. I called office manager to tell her she said she would put in a call to the owner and send a manager out to our house and then never got a call or anything more. I took two afternoons off work waiting for someone to come and now they now dont answer the phone when I call. No one has paid for any of the damages caused. No discussion about a resolution of any kind. I will most likely have to get a lawyer and go to court over this. Would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone. Worst tree trimming experience of my life.

  Monster Tree Service did a awesome job from the time of getting a estimate to getting the job done. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly and did a great job in cleaning up. I've had other tree services come out and they were terrible. I would have Monster Tree come again.

  Monster Tree Service of North Metro Denver did an outstanding job for me. After the recent snowstorm, a huge limb fell on top of my house from my Maple tree. I have used their services before several times so I knew I would use them again. Just as before, they were prompt, called me back within just a few hours of my frantic middle of the night phone call to them, had *** out to give me a quote the morning after it stopped snowing that was very reasonable. The workers came out Saturday morning. They very carefully removed the large limb so as not to do any additional damage to my roof, chopped it up, hauled all the debris away and did a great job cleaning up all the smaller branches that had fallen off the big limb from the storm. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their work and professionalism. Outstanding company. I will always use them for me tree care needs. ************

  I had 17 aspen trees taken down. The crew was very efficient and mindful of the surrounding area. Some of the trees were between houses. Fantastic job at a reasonable price.
