"Park it right is booting vehicles but claims they do not have to have permits with the boots they use are not considered vehicle immobilizing this is complete nonsense because in fact there chain lock system immobilizes vehicles I do not understand why it company that can find and boot citizens vehicles does not have to comply with States and agency regulations of *** and does not have to have a permit to operate this seems to be against constitutional rights." ...
