      Wood peckers have destroyed almost every section of the exterior of this on my home. I would not recommend using it anywhere outdoors.

      ****************** originally ordered this product in 2018 and again more thereafter. We are only aware of the first order as his name was noted on the Purchase Order. We do not know of the exact date of subsequent orders as they are ordered through one of our vendors and shipped directly to the store. Unless the customer name is on the Order form sent to NextStone we would not have any information regarding the End User. That being said, we do not have record of this customer contacting us directly to inquire about assistance with Woodpecker issues. This type of damage although not covered under the product warranty, we will assist with minor repairs at no cost to the customer. Being there was no contact from the customer, we would not have been in a position to assist. Information regarding woodpeckers has been and is available in the Q&A section of the Website; www.nextstone.com. We are only a phone call away to assist.
