      Our heater broker just before a big snowstorm. Turned out one of the parts needed replacing. They got it done quickly and efficiently. Very open about pricing and methods. Thanks!

      The work we had Prime come out to perform turned out to be more challenging than expected. When the tech couldn't finish the job the first time out - NO CHARGE! Unheard of! So, he told me what his plan was, and came back and finished the work at the originally agreed price. Very pleased with Prime and the tech they sent to make our plumbing repair for a ***** tub fixture replacement.

      I called Prime Plumbing and Heating because water was backing up into my dishwasher. **** came out the following day. He was on time, personable and knew what to do. He performed some tests and explained to me what he thought was causing my problem and made an adjustment to the hose. He told me that I probably need to replace my old dishwasher, but before I did that to keep an eye on it and see if it happens again. If it does I will replace the dishwasher and call Prime to come out and they will snake the drain to make sure I dont have any future problems. I was so relieved that I didnt have to do anything major right away and can take my time shopping for a new dishwasher. I will definitely call them again, **** is an excellent plumber with many years of experience. Truly an asset to your company. **************

      **** was AMAZING AND REALLY KNOWS ABOUT THE PLUMBING TRADE . Feel so great to know a plumber that is very knowledgeable but has a sense of urgency to come and Help me !! He was like a trusting , caring plumber , like you want to know you can trust!! Feel relieved to know **** the plumber ! His grandfather did it , he does it and loves it ! It shows he cares !!

      Great job. They were out several times for various reasons. They were friendly. On time. Knowledgeable. Fixed all the issues and left the bathroom cleaner then they found it.

      They have done a number of things over the last 10 years. New furnace, air conditioner, and they took care of a Frankenstein hot water heater situation. They were professional and worked very clean. Love this company!! Would recommend them to my mother!!!
