    Simply put your service Sucks! It's a perfect example of technology not being progress. IOt turns a simple chore into a complex ordeal. I need a Smartphone with a good wifi signal to wash clothes?

    I too am not happy with the ClearToken app. Today, 4/23/24 it also glitched and took $8.00 away from me. Sent a message and have not heard back from them. Should they not respond I will also file a complaint with BBB. Use this app with caution.

    We have no idea who this customer is.  We process tens of thousands of transactions each day and respond to all service requests within a few hours. If this customer contacts us through our response service or web site, we will address the issue and solve the problem.  If the customer files a request and doesn't give us the information regarding phone number or email we have no way of knowing the identity of the customer and we are unable to take care of the issue.

    Just awful customer service. The app glitched and stole $8 from me, and I called to complain and the manager wouldnt even let me finish explaining what happened he started yelling at me that he didnt steal anything and wouldnt let me speak. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I am the manager! My landlord fixed the issue but the manager just hung up on me! 0/10 do not use this company unless you want to be yelled at by customer service and hung up on after they steal your money.

    We are working with the BBB to remove this review.  It is against their policy to remove a review at the request of the business and the anonymous reviewer can't be identified by Clear Token.  We, of course, do not steal and didn't steal $8.00 from anyone.  We have processed millions of transactions over the past 10 years and take pride in the fact that up until this review we didn't have any negative reviews or complaints here at the BBB.  I understand the BBB policy but in fairness they should not publish or leave a review that has been reported as false without investigation.  A single review may seem to be inconsequential to the BBB but it reflects adversely on the reputation of Clear Token.
