      2 Yrs. ago, Sept. 1, 2020, **** and son ***** installed over 850 ft. of new vinyl plank flooring, covering the total main floor. The initial job looked great, I was told it was water proof and guaranteed to last many yrs. I was told to just let him know if I had any concerns or repairs were needed. Well, I'm very disappointed, because the floor commenced to warp and buckle, plus the staples from a prior vinyl flooring in the small kitchen area were popping through.I now need to replace the entire floor.I tried to contact him about the warrantee for over 2 months, with 12 phone calls and an email. I've received no response from him. Early on I recommended him to many associated, but since I've warned them to never give him any business, since he has no follow up service or warrantees. Totally discussing.
