    A once great company that has been rapidly decreasing in product quality and customer service while increasing costs. Currently waiting on shipping for an in-stock order that was placed nearly a month and a half ago. If you read around various threads about the company, youll find the same is said by many others.

    Absolutely atrocious service. I ordered records that were in stock and have been waiting for over 2 weeks without a single update regarding shipping. When I emailed them asking for an explanation, I only receive platitudes and excuses. Zero accountability and zero compensation; plus still zero records delivered. It's like ******** but with records... AVOID.

    I wanted a vinyl and contacted customer service and they said I had to get a membership to buy the vinyl. I signed up to find out they sold out a hour ago. So they take money for subscription knowing you wont get the vinyl. This should be illegal. This is how they are staying in business
