    Absolutely awful and down right dangerous! I went in for a standard oil change (our family and extended family had taken cars here for service for years) and when I left I had no brakes! Immediately drove back and was told "oh sorry this happens sometimes" and they would put them back. I drove away and they still felt a little off ... ended up taking it to my home shop (western slope) and spent $391.21 for break work that was caused during my oil change. Called the manager and we exchanged emails regarding the situation which included the paperwork /receipt from break work, he said the owner would be reaching out to make this right... we never heard from owner and the manager has since not replied to any emails since 5/7 and left my repeated emails asking for an updated unanswered. Shocking to say the least... the no brakes to start with - SCARY - and the resulting lack of professionalism is deeply unacceptable way to do business and frankly rude. Our family will never take another car there or recommend them to anyone.I will add that the review the other person left is spot on - we had same experience as far a phone call language barrier and when we mentioned that to the mgr. he said we were bringing race into, which could not be further from the truth. The truth is we could not understand what the gentleman was saying has nothing to do with race and all to do with language *and we speak some espanol*.

    the rude Manager **** threatened me with trespassing and jail after his incompetent employee **** tried to charge me double what was originally agreed upon. perhaps **** should speak fluent English before he is put on the job of quoting prices. Want to be threatened with jail and get robbed for double what you agreed to pay? This is your shop!
