      I am an ************************* Provider and every 2 years, we have to renew our license to practice Emergency Medicine. I use a website that provides continuing education training called "MedEd now," based out of ****************I paid them in advance for the course and because it is my time to renew my license, I began to get started on the courses. The website had many bugs that need fixing and I kept running into errors. I've never had this issue in the past when I used the website.I tried to enter my license into the site and it kept telling me my certificates were expired, which they are NOT. I tried to reach out to meded now regarding this issue SEVERAL times but ***** called or emailed me back.I was then locked out of my account and can no longer gain access to the courses I paid for in full. I've reached out several more times to try and get this done and am still unable to get any assistance. I've put several hundred of dollars into this site with no issues prior until now. I would expect better customer service for someone who has used this site faithfully in the past...

      Student could not get through on the phone since it is last minute to renew refreshers. Student proceeded to create another account to get classes finished in time which in turn caused issues with duplicate licenses for specific student in system and NREMT. All was resolved and second purchase for subscription that was not needed was refunded and student is currently completing refresher, logging in every day to finish on time before the end of the month. There have also been emails back and forth along with the initial call. We understand the pressure of trying to finish refreshers at the last minute but this was just a series of events that built blocks to solving the issue quicker than usual.

      I am rejecting this response because:Here is the email I sent about logging on to two different zoom classes and nobody showed up. I never got a response to my email.

      Good Afternoon,

      *********************** purchased a Paramedic Refresher on Sept 18th and followed all instructions to go to the learning website per sign up emails. He watched the instruction videos and began his classes. On Sept 19th he emailed in a support ticket about a course he was having an issue with but by the time support went to resolve the issue, he already had completed the course. There was no response to that support ticket since student resolved issue on their end. We did not receive any voicemails or other support tickets from ********************* about any other issue or requested refund on his end. The logs that are attached show him completing classwork and even taking his Zoom classes he needed, noted on Sept 29th. He is seeing products that are asking him to pay more money and if he would have called or sent a support ticket in, we could inform him he is going to the incorrect website and to follow the instructions per sign up emails or emailed him a link to have on file. We also state bookmarking the page for the learning website in emails and welcome videos. He has logged into his account up to October 7th, per attachment but we have not received anymore emails, support tickets of phone calls.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was logged on during the correct hours and nobody showed up, both of the classes I was logged into at 8pm and 10pm, nobody showed up. If Im paying for a class then someone should be there or at the very least notify the students that the classes are cancelled.

      Classes were held on Sept 21st 10:00-15:00 EST and 20:00-23:00 EST unless this email is referring to a different day. There were classes also held on Sept 15,16th and 19th
