  Had to keep directing the movers even though boxes very clearly labeled for house or garage or heavy or fragile which is why I have many broken or shattered items. I helped unload some items in the truck due to this issue. I am still moving boxes that belong in the house and in the garage. The response to my inquiry for a partial refund has been neglected. As an individual in the customer service industry this is very unprofessional.

  If this could be ZERO I would do that. They gave us a no obligation estimate two days before the actual appt. We chose them because of their claim to repurpose and reuse/recycle. The lead walked the property and saw everything that was to go. Set the appt time. That never changed. They just threw everything in the truck. No care or obvious plan to do what they said. Box of dishes fell off the back of the truck and broke all over the drive. Ripped the couch coming out of the house. Then charged ** about 2/3 more than was estimated. You cant call them, the numbers dont work. The customer service line is worthless. Cant get to anyone at corporate. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Buyer beware.

  TL;DR: stolen s*** and couldnt even get a call back from the company, let alone replacement/recourse!Upon arrival to the new location, mover smelt strongly of my cologne. I returned to my first location. The bathroom smelt strongly of the same cologne. Cologne was missing from my bathroom counter. I had literally put it there that morning as I cleared off furniture. It was also next to my other cologne; I literally always place them in the same location together. Just in case, I looked in EVERY possible location in my bathroom. Confronted mover about it, he denied taking despite still smelling like it (for context he arrived smelling of cigarettes). I hope its replaced quickly and I hope its done in a manner that does not put me any danger from a angry employee/former employee that knows exactly where I live. Pretty dope paying $600 dollars to get a $70 bottle of cologne stolen and immediately worry about my safety in my new apartment. In attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to the number on the website. They said they would look into the issue. I heard absolutely nothing. I called to follow up, the company then told me that they were only a hub and each operation handled things in their own. They told me that there is no recourse if the local company does nothing. I do not expect a return call.

  a week agoNEW I genuinely wish 0 stars was an option.To summarize: we have used one company to move these beds until this point. That company is now out of business. We are one of probably a few families that are going to be looking for new movers for these types of things.Looking for someone else, we called to see if these guys could move a medical specialty bed. For a child. The call center said they could do it. Assured us they could do it. We gave them the entirety of the instructions, and it was only after they disassembled the bed and took it to the new location that they said they didnt feel comfortable putting it back together. They could have called us to ask if they should bring it back, but they took it back to the warehouse to have their bosses look at it. Not sure if the bosses ever looked at it, but we found out that they ended up just THROWING AWAY the bed!! To make this clear; these beds are THOUSANDS of dollars. And they TRASHED it!!! And then CHARGED A DISPOSAL FEE!When on the phone with them about this, a lovely lady also said, in response to us considering lawyers that, since paperwork was signed, they are not liable, and to bring it. So they were definitely *super* professional about it too.In short: if youre ok with signing paperwork saying that people can just throw your stuff away due to incompetence; not because it was lost or damaged, but because of a lack of communication- if you dont care about your stuff, and you dont mind if it gets broken or trashed, then by all means, trust the ***** UNPROFESSIONAL, and RECKLESS college KIDS!
