    Terrible experience! Do not use this company. We contacted them at the beginning of the year for our furnace. The person who came out fixed the issue...so we thought. Within a few weeks the problem and a new person came out and said we needed a new furnace - to the tune of $5000.+. It was replaced at and the tech was going to leave the old one in the basement until we insisted it be taken away. Damaged the hardwood floor in the process.Warmer months come along and what do you know - now we needed a new AC. Again, replaced it (another $5000.00) at their recommendation but it LEAKED!!!! Repeatedly on the floor. Called and the tech - different one - came out and found that a gasket was not sealed. Did not open the unit to see a possible issue. In 1.5 weeks it leaked again. After multiple calls and promises to come out and check it - NOTHING!!!!. No call, no tech; that was after 3 weeks. We finally could not wait and called another service who took one look at the leaking and identified the problem - NO COOLANT!! REALLY?!?! He filled the coolant and now it is working without leaking! BTW - another $500.00. DO NOT USE ******. They do not stand by their product and their work is unprofessional and sub-par and follow up non-existent. Go elsewhere.
