    If I could give zero stars I would. Complete nightmare. Two-day project took over two months to complete. Brindle flake epoxy coating was redone three different times, due to major workmanship issues. After the second time of incorrectly installing the epoxy flooring, our project was ultimately outsourced to a different franchise who completed the work. In addition, the customer service we received was far from what you would expect in a situation like this.

    Some people are impossible to please, and you are that person. I bent over backwards to fix the problem for you guys. The project was completed in 2 days. The warranty work was completed when it was scheduled. We are one of the few that stand behind our warranty and actually come back to remediate the problem. I scheduled multiple meetings to go over the issues, your wife was only one in attendance for those meetings despite you being home and popping your head out the door every once in awhile and then quickly scurrying back into the house never saying anything. I couldve just repaired a few of the issues here and there but instead decided to redo the whole floor at my own cost. I didnt outsource the floor to anyone. GarageExperts started the project and GarageExperts finished the project and after it was all said and done it turned out great! And at no extra cost to you!
