On September 27, 2023, Better Business Bureau contacted Ultimate Freighters concerning an advertising claim found on its website https://ultimatefreighters.com/. Specifically, Ultimate Freighters claims to provide shipping general commodities and commercial and industrial freight yet has failed to provide the required US DOT and the Colorado PUC licensing on Ultimate Freighters’ website.
BBB reached out to Ultimate Freighters requesting proof of both federal and state transportation licensing. Ultimate Freighters did not respond to the requests.
Despite written requests as of November 28, 2023, Ultimate Freighters has failed to respond to the BBB.
