    Guess I should have looked here first. No FREE trial as they charged me the Trial fee, and a monthly plan fee all on the same day. I even cancelled the same day I signed up, after I saw the lack of info they had. Scammers and thieves.

    STAY AWAY! I thought I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and was charged $38 days later. Completely shady business and would not refund my money when I filled out the appropriate form.

    Stay AWAY from this company! . I signed up for a free 14 day trial and was charged full price the next day!. When asked for a refund, they state that I voided the trial by switching plan from yearly to monthly? What?? And then send you a screenshot of it somehow when I never switched plans and have no idea where they get that from , nor is anything like that disclosed when signing up. They use deceptive practices to charge you once they get your. information for anything they can. They will use any way to fraudulently charge you and I have reported them already. So Stay away . This company is a scam and fraudsters!

    Zero stars!! Scam if you ask me. Sold me a month starter trial subscription I could not login to, contacting them and explaining the problem over and over, i said just cancel and keep getting told you can only cancel on the website that I can't login to, my tough luck right, after the month was up, they took $600.00 out of my bank for a year subscription to a starter plan, not a month but a YEAR, COME ON! So after a bunch of attempts and threat I got most of it back. -15%= $87. $87.00 for what? Something that was never there. Pretty good scam if you scam several a day like me. "DON'T BE LIKE ME"..

    Took money out of my account before trial period was up. Did not refund. They did it twice but refunded the first time but not the second and PayPal sided with them.

    Got sucked into their scam. I'm usually so good at checking toc but anyways. They withdrew $368 out of my checking account. I live on disability pension of $900 so I freaked. Spoke to a csr and was told I indeed was entitled to a refund, I just had to wait for the ticket to go through the channels. Then the run around, waiting for paypal who was waiting for them then the decided they don't do any billing. That's paypals job. PayPal denied my claim. I put an appeal in today and have contacted my provincial and federal goverment consumer affairs offices. They recommended I file a police report in due diligence. If more people did maybe they would get a clearer picture of how these companies run. It is illegal in ******** where I live.

    Auto DS is a ripoff i guess they thought i was bring in so much money i wasn't going to notice they charge my account $361.00 for a addon- which i didn't add on anything at all..THEY ARE FRAUD and im going to spread the word and will update if they refund me my money back because i didn't authorize that transaction.

    I have 3 online stores ..I am a dropshipper, this AUTO DS is the most terrible business to work with.. First off I had sales I won't say which forum..they never fulfilled the orders,I had angry customers , I of course refunded them, I tried desperately to reach AUTO DS , NO WAY TO REACH THEM, The website is designed to push you into a bigger plan to be able to speak or email a customer service agent , the only way to reach any one is to make a Ticket, ( They do not respond) which I actually filled out my first one ,one day after my first sale , and continued to fill out tickets due to the orders not being in process stage ..never received a reply back, as I said I refunded my customers their owed money, I then proceeded to cancel with AUTO DS..what a laugh that was ..on their site it says cancel at any time but there's no cancel button..it's not visible ..I looked them up on Google..the instructions were just scroll down on the right bottom ,click on cancel subscription ?? there's noo cancel button there...I searched the web for email or phone number nothing, I continued to fill out the Tickets..telling them inwanted to cancel...I finally got an email message that said I had to cancel on the site..and no reply to the email..wow was I frustrated..I finally found a cancel subscription , not on the bottom but you have to go through steps starting at the top of page ..I finally cancelled was I ever happy , then 7 days later I was charged $128.00 ..so here i sit no way to reach them ..this site is set up to take your money one way or another ..please use caution ?? .... fraudulent..

    I had to recently cancel my account because I had three orders that they used my funds to order Amazon product but then could not provide tracking or proof of delivery. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that Auto Ds account was under review for suspicious and fraudulent behavior, auto ds stated they couldnt provide me with anymore information because they no longer had access to their account as if that is my fault. They refused to fix the issue and has refused to issue me a refund for those orders and for my remaining balance on my account. I would never do business with them if you value your company. They do not stand behind their services!

    Signed up for a monthly subscription, they pulled the full amount up front no notice, there appears to be no contact number, and very little customer support on this, no clear instructions on how to sign up causing you to to get screwed
