    Anyone I have talked to has been wonderful and knowledgeable in what theyre doing. Professional but also friendly. Wait time is reasonable. *** has helped me with my credit and give good advice to continue to improve my credit.

    ****** has been very attentive, and professional at every turn. I feel comfortable calling her and I do receive return calls in a timely fashion when leaving her a message. So much so, that I have recommended at least 5 people to this company.

    SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS! They don't tell you its a company that doesn't allow you 1 person to work with on your account which causes countless problems for the customer. They lie and tell you they are working on your account for more than 3 months for what you signed the contract for. After signing with them in August, they only removed 1 inquiry on my credit report that we never asked them to remove and it is now November 28th. I have called to check the status of items we asked them to remove verbally and under the account several times so I could look at buying a home. I was told that everything was removed and my credit was good in October and had my lender pull my credit again to which he tells me everything is still on my credit with additional items that are not mine! Somehow someone else's debt ended up on my credit and it also shows their social security number as well. What are these people doing with the hundreds of dollars we gave?! Then when I tell them I want to cancel they say I can't cancel because they removed the 1 inquiry off my account THAT WE NEVER ASKED THEM TO REMOVE all so they can keep cashing out on vulnerable people. So I had to pay $300 to get out of the contract with them so I can get to a reputable credit removal company that actually does what they say they will do. By the way, only when I tell them I want to cancel do they tell me I never gave permission on their website for them to remove anything yet. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HOME LOANS ASSIST!!! They will take your money and leave you out to dry and lie to you to string you along! If I had the time I would *** them in court!
