Do not get involved with these people. The lease has an escalation clause hidden in it increasing the payment by a huge amount annually. By the time you are done, your lease payment has doubled or worse!!! Then, I believe there are serious training issues. Similar to the other experiences noted below, they did not handle the end of lease procedures properly. They were notified within the time outlined in the contract regarding our intent to end the lease. They acknowledged that end of lease termination. The day after I made what should have been the final payment, I received an acknowledgement that all of my lease had ended. A few days later I received another lease invoice, so i reached out to the sales and contract people, but didn't get a response. Then I received another, with late fees, so i reached out again. The response to that was to send me an invoice dated a week after my prior communication that I had never seen before that seemed to indicate it was to purchase the machine. I thought I had a lease that ended with me owning it, but based on the wording of that invoice, it must have been FMV, so I sent the check for that invoice the same day. Now, as they cite a 'miscommunication on their end' I'm being told that I have to pay them to return the machine to them. What was that other invoice for? Are they going to communicate with the bank to eliminate those additional lease payments?

We terminated our lease early because we closed our doors. We paid the early termination fee, giving the check to the AllCopy rep. in ******** who came to pick up the copier. It took weeks for them to cash the check, and in the meantime we continued to receive monthly invoices. We were assured by the local rep. that we owed nothing and we could ignore the bills. Five months later I received a call from the collections unit of the company that AllCopy sold our lease to saying he was taking me (personally) to court for payment of the unpaid monthly invoices. I tired to explain the situation to the collections guy, but he continued being rude and threatening. I called and emailed the local rep. again, connection the collections unit with the local rep. *** local rep. assured me and the collections unit person that the matter was with the local **************** and they would be sending the payment and paperwork to the company that purchased the lease. And the local Rep. told the collections unit person not to contact us again about the matter and to only talk with the local ********* months later we are still receiving invoices. We once again reached out to the local rep. a few days ago and are still waiting on a final, definitive confirmation that the matter is closed and all the back invoices are cleared. I would give AllCopy less than one stars if I could.

I would give this organization 0 out of 5 stars, if it were possible. This organization is NOT an honest and transparent org to work with. They bought an older contract from a previous organization we did business with, and later reached out to our team of new staff persons to try to upgrade us to a new machine, before our older machine would be decertified. We asked for the original contract to look at it, and didn't receive it until months later, after we asked numerous times. We have a contract with another provider, at another ********* **** made it clear that we didn't want to upgrade our machine until it was closer to the time of it being decertified, and to allow the current agreement to expire the following February 10, 2024. The salesperson said he understood, no problem. He ignored both requests and our agreement was auto renewed without our knowledge. When we reached back out in February to ask about the exact expiration date was on our contract, (we were also going to move to a month-to-month agreement, until one of our other locations was ready to move over to the other provider as well. He informed us it was automatically renewed in last November, and that we didn't notify them in writing 90 days prior. When we challenged this with proof from our email conversations to terminate the contract, he stated that we didn't ask for a non auto-renew in writing. That we didn't notify him, and it wasn't ACP's responsibility to terminate the agreement, and we needed to reach out to another organization, FP Mailings, ***. This is a very bad business practice. They didn't notify us that we had to connect with another organization to cancel until after multiple conversations. On a good note, we reached out to FP USA, and there was no issue in cancelling our agreement. ACP is not operating in an honest and transparent way. They are more interested in aggressive upselling than customer experience, and it seems, to try to dupe their customers.

They didn't provide the service agreed to under our copier maintenance contract and continued to charge us even after the copier died and was hauled away. We repeatedly challenged the ******** they were sending for a copier that they failed to fix under our agreement and we were continually billed for service they did not provide. We finally paid the bills and let them know that the BBB would be receiving our review of their business. Their business practices are unscrupulous to say the least and border on fraudulent.

I appreciate them resolving this situation and refunding our final payment at the end of our copier's life.

At the end of our lease they would not send us shipping instructions and then charged us for an additional 4 months beyond a confirmed end to the lease. as a result we had to pay 10 times the amount owed at end of lease. I would never go to them or use them as you can't trust them...If you don't pay what they say you owe they turn it over to an attorney who intimidates you to pay or he will take you to court...not a trust worthy company!
