    I have been attempting to cancel my service with this company for close to 3 months now, without success. I have phone records, emails, and verbal agreements that my account has been canceled and they continue to bill me every month. Each time I call I am on hold for at least 40 minutes. Today I have been attempting to call them for the last 1 1/2 hours without any ability to reach them. This company took over billing from Fluent and my contract was sold to them, I have paid diligently for 5 years for a service I stopped using. They are going to send me to collections if I don't pay them but will not answer a phone call to resolve the issue. I will be filing a complaint if this does not get resolved this month.
