  THIS IS A SCAM. No legitimate business do NOT Chase a person for business. "******"called 3 times after I'd told him no. I blocked him, he used a different #. Then 2 text. 2 calls the next day desperately trying to convince me he's legitimate. His info was completely wrong. There's nothing to recover. Hod scam was very obvious and insulting. This good reviews? Bought. If you don't know scammers buy reviews, please research. Ask the BBB. Any, absolutely any "recovery" group is as crooked as home investment buyers. These are thieves.

  We are trying to reach a person you may be related to or know.  On these types of claims, the County does the absolute bare minimum to notify the former homeowner of the overage. The reason is if there is no claim made within a certain period of time they get to keep the money. We cast a wide net because most times people are just not aware they can go through a court system to claim the remaining surplus, or "overage."  

  We are not a scam and have been in good standing for over 14 years.  We DO NOT pay for any type of review, and we regard the satisfaction of our clients as a high priority.  You are obviously not the correct claimant, and we thought you could have been so kind as to give us some information to help if you could.

  That said, we would love to block your number outbound and inbound in an effort to find **************** regarding this matter.  We wish you well.

I had no idea I had money coming from the sale of my Dads estate after he passed away in ************************* and my Brother and worked with us to make sure we received it.   When I received a call from ***************************** from Asset Recovery claiming my husband has funds available from the sale of his mother's home of course I figured it was a scam and I hung up on him. He called my husband's phone later and after speaking with him realized it was legit. Working with ****** has been an absolute pleasure. He has made the process of working to get the funds so simple. We definitely recommend using this company and we would like to say thank you to ****** for helping us get it started. Fingers crossed the rest of the process goes just as smoothly.

  I honestly thought this was a scam at first. My parents passed away in 2009 and 2013 and left me and my siblings with a plot of land in Siskiyou County. My sister was suppose to pay the property tax on the land until I got on my feet financially, and when I asked her 2 years ago if she was current on the taxes she said yes. I should have known better, seeing that she was the reason we had lost our parents house. It turns out she hadn't paid the taxes on it and it was sold at auction. Asset recovery reached out letting me know this and that there was a surplus from the sale that we were entitled too. Because we had gone through the probate process prior I knew that it would take some time. Originally, the representative ****** told me that it would take about a year and a half and that there would be a 50/50 split between us and the company (we were set to receive $6,900). Well, the process did take about a year and a half but we endeded up receiving close to $10,000. Even though ****** seemed to be lost in how the process worked most times, he did over deliver. So I have to give them thanks and appreciation for all that they have done for my family. Thank you guys!

  They were such a wonderful company from start to finish of the process. ************************* was very prompt up to date, always eager to answer questions and help. The whole process was easy the company handled everything for me all I had to do was sign and wait! Definitely a great company to work with.
