    Before reading this review, please consider that the other 5 star reviews are from employees of this company and at the moment this is the only customer review on the ********************** recently concluded a 3-month contract with GenSales for a calling campaign aimed at setting up appointments with a specific target demographic for our affiliate program. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming, primarily due to communication issues. The few leads provided often did not align with our specified demographic, and sometimes, even included competitors.Despite our readiness to assist with objection handling and provide insights into the target market, there were no significant efforts from GenSales to engage us in review meetings or discussions. This lack of engagement resulted in missed opportunities for campaign refinement and improvement.I've expressed this privately, but only received deflective feedback. It's highly unusual for me to leave negative feedback.We never received any feedback on the objections encountered, a crucial aspect for any campaign's success. The campaign's conclusion was equally unsatisfactory, ending without any wrap-up meeting or final communication. Overall, while the initial concept of the campaign seemed promising, the execution fell short due to poor lead targeting, insufficient communication, and a lack of collaborative effort, leading to a disappointing outcome for our business.
