    I left my Husqvarna 455 chainsaw with chainsaw *** over two years ago. I have tried to get my saw back with negative results. I have been told by ***, it will be ready in a couple of days which never happened. I checked back with him numerous times during this two year period. I finally told *** that I wanted my saw back. He told me he didnt know where it was. I cant prove that he has my saw because I was never given a receipt, my fault for sure. He had done work for me in the past with no issues, again my fault for trusting him. Based on my lack of evidence I never pursued criminal or civil charges. The only proof I have is that he wrote my name on top of the chainsaw with a sharpie which is easily removed.
