  The owner of this company is a professional liar. He deceives with a ridiculously low bid and once your stuff is on their rented U-Haul trucks and you start to complain he just threatens to drive your belongings away and lock them up. He literally quit the job on us and told us to hire someone else to finish but also had half our belongings on a truck that he refused to unload even after quitting the job because we had the gall to complain about what was without a doubt the single worst customer service experience of our entire lives. What he does may be illegal and if its not it sure should be. Under no circumstances should anyone work with this man. Our move was local and into a 3000 square foot home and took them most of 2 full days to complete and the bill was nearly 4x the original estimate. ***** this company at all costs. You would be better off moving yourself.

  Your upset because you had more stuff then you told us. 

  Wait let me clarify your upset we weren't going to do your move because you threatened to not pay your bill? 

  After all was said and done you apologized and said you weren't going to write a negative review. You are the liar. I told your wife that a 4 bedroom takes 5 to 8 hours alone typically. Then you had a second residence. I was met with we don't have a lot of stuff and it won't take long. We moved your home and the job took what it took. Your upset you have a lot of stuff.

  I would never recommend The Fantastic Movers. We hired them to move business equipment, and while their labor team worked diligently, my experience with their owner/manager, ***, was one of the worst I've encountered. The moving crew did their job professionally, but management's conduct was the real issueunreasonable, disrespectful, unprofessional, and aggressive.When it came time to pay, the person in charge launched into an unprovoked, five-minute rant, dropping over 50 f-bombs over speakerphone, forcing everyone present to listen. This behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and entirely uncalled for. No one deserves to be treated this way, and it reflects a profound lack of respect, basic courtesy, and professionalism. If you value respect and decency, I strongly recommend steering clear of this mover.The outburst stemmed from our request to pay by ACH or check, as our business didnt have Venmo or Zelle. We were then informed of a 3.4% credit card surcharge, which was never disclosed upfront. When we questioned this, offering to pay via bank transfer instead, both options were refused; the owner claimed they didnt have a bank account and only accepted Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. We were accused of avoiding payment and even threatened with legal action, which was absurd. Ultimately, the company refused legal tender by ***, leading to further hostility from ************* ********, surcharges for credit card payments are capped at 2% and must be disclosed before the transaction. The Fantastic Movers charged us 3.4%, which exceeded the legal limit and was not disclosed until payment was due. With no alternative, we ended up paying by credit card and documented the overcharge on our invoice.Additionally, the company failed to provide several legally required documents, including the ************************* document, bill of lading, inventory list, and details on liability and valuation coverage.

  Horrible company! We hired this company to move a hot tub that was in perfectly good working condition and filled with water and running prior to the move. They told us to be there on a Friday for the move. We drove 1 hour to be present for the move only for them to tell us to come back tomorrow. We came back the next day (1 hour drive again) and waited over 5 hours and they once again told us they werent going to make it in time and would need to move it the next day (Sunday). We had prior plans that day and couldnt be present for the move but gave clear instruction to place the control panel facing the electrical box. When we got home a panel was broken off the side and it was facing the wrong direction. We notified *** and he sent 2 guys out a few days later to rotate the hot tub. Two guys arrived with no equipment. They placed the hot tub up on its side and rotated it. When they went to lower it they lost control and dropped it from shoulder height and it slammed down to the concrete breaking another panel. When we filled the hot tub with water and turned it on it began rapidly leaking out the bottom from an obvious internal crack. My husband contacted ************ and he contacted the guys who moved it that day. They admitted to dropping the hot tub. At that time he said he would send someone out to take a look. We have been blown off for 3 months now and when my husband spoke to him today he began denying it was their fault and started cursing and yelling. Unbelievable. I wouldnt use this company to move bubble wrap.

  TLDR; HOURS LATE, DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE, EXCESSIVE CIGARETTE BREAKS, MATTRESSES SMELL OF SMOKE These movers were 2 hours late, and when they did show up with the truck the driver (*****) was clearly hungover still smelling of alcohol and cigarettes. I should have just cancelled and rented a U-Haul after this first impression, but I went against my better judgement and allowed them to continue. I wont make that mistake again. He continued to take multiple smoke breaks which was on my time, Im not paying for you to take a smoke break when youre already winded from 3 flights of stairs. The helper was doing the majority of the work. When they arrived at my new house, which was a new build and my first home the idiot driving the truck didnt wait for his helper to guide him in backing up and he ended up hitting my house. He hit my house with the moving truck causing minor damages. When following up with the owner he basically told me it was too late to do anything. My mattresses reeked of cigarettes which took a lot of cleaning and deodorizing on my part. I felt uncomfortable around the driver and just wanted them to be done and gone so when all of my stuff was unloaded I paid and sent them on there way. Dont make the same mistakes that I did by hiring this careless, inconsiderate excuse for a moving company. Youll get better service from a couple of teenagers if you want a cheap move. In the future Ill just do it myself or hire a real moving company.

  Horrible! We had agreed on a price and time to move a washer and dryer across town and to my new place. I asked if they could also hook them up. They were a front load set that would need to be stackable. He assured me his guys could do this no problem. First of all they showed up over an hour late and I had to call to see where they were. Then it should have taken 15 minutes to get to my new place but 40 minutes later they still werent there. So I went outside to wait. They were parked out front. The owner was clear that my quote would increase if it took longer. Once they got the washer and dryer inside they hooked it up fairly quick. But forgot to turn the water on. Then he just reached back there to fix it. After they left I was getting error codes on my washer and ****** said it was something to do with the water pressure. I ended up running it through and water was leaking everywhere. The next day my dad and grandpa came and fixed it. They said it was hooked up wrong. They had merged the hot and cold water but one drain was jus draining onto the floor. When I called the owner he was completely rude and combative. He accused me of making it up to just get money. He wanted proof and pictures. He was a complete ass! Dont use them! Completely unprofessional! Horrible!

  They were 75 minutes late, very slow moving (one is VERY high) so even though I was doing the leg work and carrying boxes for them, it ended up taking an extra hour that I paid for. Then I find out that they somehow misplaced my very nice alcohol. I wasnt even going to have them pack initially but they convinced me to pack it. They also misplaced the screws to my bed frame so I couldnt even sleep on my bed after that all of that headache. The owner of this company had no sympathy and refused to help me. He only told me I should look for it. He did not cover the cost of the lost items.

  Hands down the worst company I have ever hired. Very very unprofessional. From the beginning of booking never got a response. I had to reach out about five times before I was ever able to reach somebody. When I finally did get to speak to somebody named *** he was very rude and did not treat me with respect being that I'm a paying customer. The people who came to move me did not have any equipment, And moved everything by hand which took many more hours than I paid for. Which should not have taken that long. I feel like hiring this company was a waste of my money and costed me more money because a lot of my things got damaged as well as the home itself. I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt when no confirmation calls or emails were made. I hope whoever is considering hiring these guys for their move, run!

  UN-Fantastic Movers: I am a disabled Senior who spent a lot of money to work with a man who was angry and unresponsive to what I needed and what he promised.I scheduled the move ahead and he scheduled another client before me close to the moving date. The movers were over 2 hours late which added a lot of time to my bill. He said, that's life.The movers damaged 2 irreplaceable wooden items which mean a lot to me. He promised over 10 times to send someone to fix them. I sat here many nights waiting. The movers left an expensive electric keyboard unattended by the elevator and it was stolen. It was given to me by a dear friend who has died.I had to call 6 times to get an invoice. He insisted I pay him the minute the "costly" move was finished, which I did. If you are looking for integrity or accountability, don't go near this company.I am heartsick and angry.************
