    ***** Schwent with ************************** is a rip off. Don't take your vehicle to get detailed there!He only vacuums and wipes down vehicle and charges an enormous amount! He charged us $350.00 We took our volkswagon to get cleaned (vacuumed, wiped and removal of grease stains and stains on doors, console, seats, film on windows, etc. When we picked vehicle up stains were still there, windows had film on them. He did vacuum and wipe dust off inside. I mentioned disappointment to him and he stated that was all he could do because if he scrubbed, paint would be damaged onside. I went home and scrubbed for 5 hours and was able to remove most of grease, stuck on gunk in cup holders, film on windows, etc. I submitted before and after pictures to him and requested partial refund of $150, for the additional 5 hours my son and I put in to clean what ***** should have done. He refused refund and only offered a $50.00 future detailing job offer. Why would I want that? He later withdrew even that offer. I feel we were scammed by *****! Please don't believe what he offers to do to your vehicle, it won't happen!

    We want to clarify that our detailing services go beyond a simple wipe down and vacuum, and our prices reflect the comprehensive nature of our work.

    As discussed before we began work on your 25-year-old **********, the vehicle's age and previous condition meant achieving perfect results would be challenging and in some cases impossible. We explained that we must exercise caution with the products and techniques used to avoid causing further damage, and you acknowledged this.

    Upon inspecting the vehicle at pickup, you expressed satisfaction with the work. We always offer clients a 48-hour window to report any concerns and bring the vehicle back for adjustments. However, we learned that you spent an additional 10 hours cleaning the vehicle yourself using other products. Unfortunately, this makes it impossible for us to assess the original quality of our work and address any specific issues. Since the condition of the vehicle has been altered by additional cleaning, we are unable to offer a refund or redo the work in regards to the original service(s) offered.

    We understand your disappointment and hope you can appreciate the position this puts us in.
