    King Tree Service cut down some trees for me. They did an awesome job. The crew was efficient, and communicated great, they cleaned up and made it look like the trees were never there. Great customer **********************. Would highly recommend.

    Please do not use this tree cutting business. They failed to follow through with cutting all our trees, specifically one large tree. They were notified of the dispute with 1 week of cutting the trees. They then would not respond to our requests to address the situation for two months. We had to keep asking for a response. When they finally came out they inferred we were not truthful and were trying to get them to cut other trees for free. Money was not the issue - it was customer ********************** and the principal of following through. The representative that came out to give ** an estimate was asked to give estimate to cut down all dead trees. He indicated an approximate number. We were then encouraged to mark the trees to cut down after estimate. The trees were marked within one week of their estimate. They did not cut those marked trees which included one large tree their representative specifically noted needed cut down. Be careful with them. We tried to resolve issue with Owner ************ who called us liars. Poor customer **********************.

    King Tree Service gave ******************** and his wife a estimate for removing approximately 8 Aspens. After the bid they marked over 20 trees. We cut down 12 and absolutely believe we honorably did what we said we would do. Approximately 8 is not 20.*******************
