    I could not be more satisfied with the work done by Complete Tree Service. We have a back fence row of 13 seventy year old elm trees that they had topped, pruned and shaped for the first time. A two day job with a crew and management staff that knew what they were doing. They were very skilled, organized, efficient and quality conscience in all aspects of their service. I would definitely recommend them and will seek their service in the future. A job well done, they know their trees!

    Complete tree service removed three trees. Two on my property and one on a rental property. Excellent service, the team was professional and very knowledgeable. Very good to work with. Both of the trees on my property were between two houses with a split trunk one was hanging over property line. No issues. I would recommend them, very good experience, good price.

    I contracted Complete Tree Service to do some tree trimming and removal services. I asked them to remove 4 trees and trim a few others up. I made the mistake of paying them in advance and let them do the work the next week when I would be out of town. While they generally did a good job removing the trees, there was one ***** that had not been cleaned up and there were some additional tree branch trimmings that I had wanted done. I reached out to to the owner via text (responding to a number he had previously texted me from) and asked him to return and take care of those items, to which he agreed he would in the next week. After two additional weeks of not hearing from him and the work not getting done, I again texted him to ask when the work would be completed. He responded pretty quickly and said he "totally forgot we need to swing by, this tends to happen because this is my personal cell phone". I texted him back and let him know I wasn't happy with his customer ********************** and reminded him that the reason I used he personal cell phone was because that's the number he originally texted me from. He then called me and said he was out eating dinner with his family and would get things taken care of. That was 6 days ago and I haven't heard back from him. I ultimately had to complete the work they failed to do. This misunderstanding could have been avoided if #1 - I had been there to oversee the job was done fully and correctly and if #2 - I hadn't paid in advance. Don't make the same mistakes I did if you deal with this business as you have no leverage to ensure they complete the job as agreed.

    We have serviced this customer 2 prior times in the past and we *********************** him again this year as he stated above. It is not our company practice to collect payments up front as we normally are paid on completion of the job. This customer made an arrangement with the owner because he was going to be out of town when the service was performed and the check was deposited after our crew completed the work on the scheduled service date. He contacted us on June 6th and asked that we would come back out and address a couple items. In his text he said to fit him in and it was no rush as he knew we were busy . He then texted on June 14th which was 1 week later after hours around 7 pm at night and the owner responded to his text and then followed up with a call immediately. The owner apologized that we hadn't gotten out there in the last week and said that we would have someone come out the next day and the customer said "no that wouldn't work" the owner offered the following day and he again said " no that wouldn't work" The owner then asked for a couple days that would work for him and the customer said he would get back to us. He never called back and we called 1 more time and offered another day and he said he took care of it himself. We did what we could to make it right and he would not allow for us to come back out.
