Note: this is a psychological testing business. I was in the Denver office, but I see other reviews are likewise for the Denver office.I took a neuropsych exam after a concussion 4 years prior due to persistent symptoms. Their $3,000 report took them a month to send yet I was given only one day to send corrections. Errors of fact show they ignored my intake form (over 60 fields) which I had to fill out twice due to a website error. Most of the corrections I sent, in a single email, were made quickly. After the one day I was allotted, I sent a further correction. They waited two weeks and then did a gaslighting call from the doctor "in charge. She rapid-fire blew off my concerns. Trauma-informed practices should be the rule for all. There was a general lack of inquiry. A mysterious estimate of my prior IQ was prioritized over an actual prior IQ test I offered to her 3 times. Their IQ estimate for the pre-accident time was 17 pts lower than the actual prior IQ test score. My regular exercise was called a symptom of rigidity, with nothing else in that category. They did change "rigidity" to "routines. Other errors included decrease showed up in the original report as increase, atrium was called amtrack, and several more. In the interview, I made sure to explain rationales for my workplace suspicions. These were cast as unqualified beliefs.Employees (see **********) report *** has a rigid 24-hour timeframe to produce reports. My report is dated across the two dates of the testing and interview. Former employees state *** employs questionable ethics. The agreement included a rule against recording the proceedings, yet indications are they record: (1) an echo in the two phone calls (interview call and gaslighting call), and (2) 13 quotes in the original report. I would take them to the licensing board, but need a 2nd opinion. I am not prepared to pay for that. Per my rights under HIPAA, I retracted my release of information, which they acknowledged.

A few things: the exam was fine. However, I was lied to regarding the cost of the exam and how insurance would factor in. We were told kit would be a certain amount and it needed up being triple. When we questioned it, the admitted to failing to tell us it was subject to the deductible. Thats strike one. Afterwards, I set up and autopay reduction. The company you hire to do that doesnt know what they are doing. Strike two. Ten the auto pay only works for one payment, so I end up paying the rest of the balance which I did not want to do. Strike three. Moral of the story, save your money and do not utilize these people. What a waste of time.

Our practice had the client sign a disclosure form which explained the relationship between the cost of the evaluation and what insurance would cover. We did not quote a price, and we state in the disclosure statement that the final price will be subject to their co-pay, deductible, co-insurance, and out of pocket limit. The client signed this form. I can't say I understand the comment about auto-pay, if their is a technical error in that aspect I would be happy to look into it.

I had a very unfortunate experience at Brain and Body with ***************She had a dog in the room. I was not notified of the dog ahead of time. The dog was allowed **************** during my testing. The dog did not appear to have any service animal documentation/vest. In speaking with my psychiatrist from a different clinic, the results of my testing being inconclusive could have very well been from the dog in the room and my fear of dogs. I shared this fear of dogs in the interview portion of the assessment with ************** and she said nothing about how that could have impacted my assessments.I would not recommend using Brain and Body Integration. They are difficult to get in touch with, don't answer emails, and have given me a ton of misinformation about the testing process and the billing process. I am disappointed in my experience. Do not use this clinic.

Still have not received my report from a full psychological testing that was performed in July of 2023. The doctor stated that I am not able to receive it, however, gave the report in full to the department of human services who have proceeded to quote it in court documents without proceeding to reveal the actual record itself. The discussion I had with the doctor is in ***** contrast. Actually what was stated in the court documents and that has been a detriment to me receiving my child back. I've called I've emailed. I've left messages on numerous occasion to no avail. This is the turning me from getting my child causing trauma to my family and causing trauma to myself. It is impeding my legal right and my constitutional right to custody and control of my child and being utilized to call into question my mental stability. There are many people on ****** reviews who are stating that they've had the same exact issue.
