    While most of the staff are friendly, while in their care, my mother who needed specialized care, had an accident, and when calling to speak to the Director of nursing and the weekend care staff, I left multiple messages and never got a response. On the intake, my mother had asked several times if we could do it later, due to fatigue from her condition, and even with point-blank asking the intake, nurse if she could come back in a little bit, because it was a parade of new introductions, not only did she get rude she didnt leave. we had items that were shipped to my mother that was shipped back to me that got lost in the mail, I had been warned by my moms hospice nurse that things get stolen all the time. And their accounting and billing system is the most confusing system I have ever seen, and I am pretty sure my mother was overcharged. Unfortunately, their system is set up in a way that you never get a call back from messages left.
