"They lied about refund checks for 6 months after my truck was totaled witch gap wouldn't pay until the refunds were issued I called spoke with mangers one who told me don't call me a liar I'm not lieing there is no refunds turns out that was a lie and I have the copies of the check to prove it from August 2023- January 2024 you lied I only got it paid because ent and us warranty company made you after months of lies they have successfully screwed my credit up because of there incompetence and have kept me from getting anouther auto loan because this one is still August 2024 on my credit these people should all be fired or sued for there out right lies and manipulation"
