    Blade to Blade ****************** just used leaf blowers to blow the leaves out of their customers yard and into the street which blew them straight into my yard. I find that to be rude! If they arent going to ********** them then leave them in your customers yard!

    I would like to clarify some aspects of this comment as most of the details were left out which is common in these types of complaints as to "make the case" for the person making the negative comment.We were indeed performing a cleanup across the street of this individual. Yes, we use the street as a temporary surface to collect leaves, not always but due to the surface of the landscape adjacent to the street this was functionally better to do this. We in no way intended to nor did we actually blow leaves across the street. All of the material that was placed out on the street was picked up and removed and was only one bag of debris. What was left out was that there was some gusting wind that developed after we started working and this might have carried some loose, already fallen leaves further than intended. The men working at the time attempted to corral these leaves blowing in the opposite direction but this was not mentioned. The individual that wrote this used this opportunity to take advantage of our staff to apparently vent her out of proportion frustration and faulted us with leaves that were already on the ground and in the street. Also what was left out was this individual coming across the street asking our staff to clean off her entire front yard because of what had happened. This individual began screaming from across the street when she did not get her way. Apparently it was so abrupt that the owner of the property where we were working told our staff to disregard her as her request was absurd and her attitude was belligerent. It is important to note that our customer only has on tree in their front yard and there were not very many leaves to begin with and the main reason why we were there was to trim some shrubs and gather some debris. The neighbor across the street has over a dozen trees in her yard and lives due east of the house we were at which would inherently gather leaves from the other neighbors lawns as the leaves fall and typically scatter when this occurs. There was no attempt to contact our office and this complaint was filed without any attempt to seek resolution. Due to the trivial amount of leaves that might have traveled across the street and the irrational behavior of this individual my staff did exactly what they have been told to do which is to disengage from people who exhibit his type of behavior. We did happen to take a picture of the property before the job was completed that shows the actual amount of material on the street prior to them cleaning everything off the street.     Given the evidence presented and a picture of the scene at the time of the job, the attitude of the person across the street and their attempt to distort, embellish, withhold and falsify information that this comment be taken down. I am not sure if this person has some mental issues, is generally emotionally unstable or has an ongoing disagreement with our customer but I feel that this is an abuse of this process and is largely untrue.
