    We had an event there on Saturday 12/9/23 where we paid for valet, there was never any mention of not being able to valet a manual transmission vehicle. When leaving our event our truck was already pulled up front even though we had not mentioned leaving, when I got in the truck you could smell a burned clutch, immediately we spoke with the valet who wrote a claim and gave us the managers card who he said was the one that drove the vehicle. The manager wouldn't return calls, he did respond to my Email that they were aware there was an issue but forgot to tell us and it was just the parking break not being released, our parking break is also broken. He claims he's trying to contact their insurance still but will not respond to me. ************ daily work vehicle is not drivable, smells horrible and now they are ignoring us! Horrible service the valet shook his head and rolled his eyes when we brought up the issue to them. HORRIBLE customer service.
