    We are under contract with *********************** of Nature's Friendly Landscaping for Irrigation, laying sod, and installation of artificial turf. The Irrigation has been a nightmare since Day 1, and ************** and a ****** from Sunflowers Landscaping came to our house to resolve it on Saturday, August 5th while we were out of town. Instead of fixing it, the entire irrigation system is leaking and no sprinklers or control heads will function correctly. I have reached out to him at least a dozen times (text, emails, phone calls) and have not received a single reply. He requested an advance to place an order artificial turf for another client, so is now indebted to us for $6,000 and we still have not received the artificial turf that we paid for back in May 2023. Our landscaping project with Nature's Friendly Landscaping has taken over 4 months, we still do not have functional ****************** zones for ****************** our sod is laid but not cut evenly, and we have no visibility on when ************** is going to deliver and install our artificial ************ the loan advance that he owes us. He sent us the title to his Truck as a retainer, but is no longer in communication with us. Sad for him to treat us this way, especially after we did so much to help him and his company out.

    Have not received my deposit. He cancelled and said he would send refund of $900 and I have not received.

    ******************* and I agree to an artificial turf install. Initially, **** was responsive, polite, and seemed like a trustworthy, locally owned business. He quoted me the price for the project, showed me work hes completed in the past, and provided a turf sample. Afterwards, we signed a contract on April 8th which clearly outlined the process and expectations. I sent him a 60% deposit. Then, it rapidly went downhill **** was **** never giving project updates unless asked. ************** started lagging to days. He would say he would start on a designated day and then would never show up or give an update. I tried to be more than understanding because ******** weather had been not landscaping friendly recently. But even when the weather was good, all I got were Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. About a month later, I told him that if the project wasnt started that upcoming weekend, i wanted to cancel. He stated it would be started 100% that weekend That was the last time I heard from him. Yet hes continuing to post ads for projects. Ive contacted him every way I can. No response. No turf. I will be taking him to small claims court to get my deposit back. I cannot stress enough - do not do business with ******************* or Nature Friendly Landscaping.
