    We had granite counter tops and cabinets installed a few years ago. We found defects in the handles being crooked and the drawers cracked on the bottom. We called them to fix it 11 months later; and, they told us it was the normal signs of aging! Also, one of the cabinets is tipping (falling) to one side. We had to have many things redone which were falling apart, bent, warped or crooked. They would not take responsibility for everything that was wrong. They also leaked oil from the nail gun on our wooden floors.not recommended

    My job was supposedly laser templated in addition to being painstakingly hand measured, but when the stone was installed it did not fit, nor did the fireplace insert. They noted they've had several jobs come out wrong, and blamed their CNC machine. Rather than trimming the stone, they decided to eat into all of the drywall and flooring. It has been 2 weeks since install and the job is still not fully repaired and to say their customer service is trash would be a compliment. The damages should have never occurred, and they should have had it repaired within 2 days, not 2 weeks and counting. Nothing but empty apologies, and half truths. I was told this am that _I_ would have to paint the repairs even though their manager, ****, indicated they would be handling that part as well. I will paint it myself, just to be done with them and not have these people in my house for a fifth or 6th time.

    While we did have to come back and adjust a piece around the fireplace, all of the repairs and adjustments were done according to contract and in a timely manner.

    Your "complete repairs" look absolutely terrible and I am having to spend money to have an actual repairman come and replace the trim at my expense; I could have done a better job with dull scissors. I asked ***** to have the owner **** call me and no such call to me was ever made, no manager even called. The install was horrific, and everything since has gone downhill. You left my dining room in tragic shape, and should be embarassed by the way you've chosen to -NOT- handle things.
