      We had some issue with our fire alarm. So we contacted the customer service department for troubleshoot for the issue. ******** service agent was suggesting a site visit by a technician for checkup the system. So we authorized the site visit for once. We eneded up receving a billing notice for $1,300 even without the issue fixed. I contacted Safe System to ask for explanation. They were continuosly telling they charged standard rate of labor for the inspection. They even put a thread on us that they are going to notify to the Fire ******** if we are trying switch our service to another company. Later, we received a call from a man claiming himself as a head of service deaprtment. He was urging and yelling that he has all right to collect the billed amount. This is the worst company that we did business before.
