      My experience was great....both times. I spoke to the individuals who where Veterans about their service in the military. I asked how the program works to support other Veterans which they explained clearly. They explained the pricing of 1/2 truck, 3/4 truck and full truck. Estimate on the phone was 1/2 truck but I knew there were lots of "smalls" that would fill out the truck so I planned on more. They showed up and surveyed everything I had and said closer to full truck and quoted me a price. I agreed. They handled everything with care, especially coming through the exterior door so as not to damage anything.I hired them twice and would do so again.

      I hired **** in the ************ area in late Nov. 2023. My instinct was not to hire them, don't believe the veteran hype, but a family member needed help & my time was short. The appointment was setup. The morning of the afternoon appointment, they called wanting to move it up. I explained why I could not do that. When they arrived they were discourteous, arrogant, rude, and condescending. They did not detail or explain the pricing nor how they came to the price they quoted which was half a truck. It was so obvious that they lied, they had to hide the back of the truck from me when I walked outside. These people do not have integrity, they are not veterans (maybe the owners are, but the others are not), they are not in uniforms, they are in Army surplus clothing to pretend to be veterans. I think this self righteous idiot was mad because the appt. was not moved so he was vindictive toward me. What an ass! Ripped me off about $200 best I can figure. Run away from these people! They are horrible!
